EN TRANSE is a high-end French restaurant defined by minimal, intellectual branding that directs full attention to the premium dining experience. The identity is restrained and considered, positioning the brand as thoughtful and concept-driven. In contrast, its taglines and advertising adopt a gritty, tongue-in-cheek 80s film aesthetic, adding personality and tension. This duality reflects the idea that exceptional food can be both refined and unapologetically bold.

It feels easygoing, quirky, and creatively expressive while remaining warm and inviting. The experience is designed to encourage exploration, playfulness, and personal taste without pressure.

WILD SOUTH

Wild South brings forward lesser-known culinary stories from Southern China, rooted in tradition, folklore, and port-city migration history.
